Managing several participants’ NDIS plans can quickly feel overwhelming. At Provider Choice, we’ve made it easier by putting everything you need in one place: your dashboard.
Switching between participants
Once you’re connected to multiple participant Dashboards, moving between them is easy.
Under the purple ‘Add Participant’ button, you’ll see a participant’s name. Click it, and a list of all the Dashboards you’re connected to will appear.
When you’ve found the participant you want, just click their name to view their Dashboard.

Can’t find who you’re looking for?
If you can’t see someone, it usually means either:
- They’re not currently plan-managed by Provider Choice, or
- You don’t yet have consent to view their Dashboard.
If the participant would like to use our plan management services, click the ‘Add Participant’ button. Following the prompts only takes a few minutes, then we’ll take care of the rest!
If the participant is already signed up with Provider Choice, it will prompt them to give you consent to view their dashboard.
Everything You Need in One Place
Your Dashboard will show you the critical information in a way that’s easy to understand:
- View all funding at a glance: View the types of funding that your participants have, what’s been spent, and what’s remaining.
- Check invoices: Get full transparency over all payments and how they’re progressing. You can even export a report or filter for the invoices that you’re interested in.
- Use our free tools: Make use of our Plan Reassessment and Budget Tools to stay organised. They’re available to everybody, because everyone deserves a little extra support.
- Customise your notifications: Turn on notifications and rest easy. We’ll notify you about important spending and plan updates.
- Take control with permissions: We’ve streamlined the consent process, check out our blog - Making Consent Simpler and Quicker for Support Coordinators.
