Personalised Plan Management
When you sign up with Provider Choice, you will be allocated a dedicated plan manager who will help guide you through your NDIS journey. Your plan manager will work closely with you and provide you with NDIS expert advice tailored to your plan. They will ensure that you are making the most of your plan by giving you regular budget updates, processing invoices on your behalf and answering any questions you may have. You will also have access to our easy-to-use technology and free NDIS tools which will make understanding and managing your plan a whole lot easier.
What is NDIS Plan Management?
There are 3 different ways of managing your NDIS funding - you can choose to be self managed, NDIA managed or plan managed. You can think of a plan manager as your personal NDIS bookkeeper and guide. Plan managers will process invoices on your behalf, pay your service providers, and help you to budget and track your spending. Whether you are new to the NDIS, or well into your NDIS journey, the scheme can be tricky to navigate. Having a plan manager to guide you on this journey can make your experience a whole lot clearer.
Having a plan manager allows you to use registered or unregistered providers meaning you have choice and control over who supports you. If you already have a provider you love, being plan managed ensures that you can continue to see them. You also get to decide what you buy and what services you need to access. Although plan managers are not decision-makers, they are responsible for ensuring you spend your funding in accordance with NDIS guidelines, so they can help guide you in the right direction when you are unsure.
The cost of plan management will not impact the rest of your budget. It is an additional bucket of funding added to your NDIS plan.
