Yes, absolutely. The Disability Support Pension and the NDIS are separate systems and you can receive both at the same time.
They do different jobs: the DSP supports your everyday living costs, while the NDIS funds supports related to your disability, like therapies, equipment and support workers.
Getting an NDIS plan won't reduce your DSP. Receiving the DSP doesn't automatically qualify you for the NDIS either - you'll still need to meet the NDIS access criteria and provide evidence of your disability.
