As a result, some line item codes may become outdated and no longer align with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We’re unable to process claims using retired or deactivated line item codes, as these are rejected by the NDIS. If an invoice is submitted with an inactive code, we’ll email you to request an amended invoice.
