‘Reasonable and Necessary’ refers to the ‘rules’ for spending your NDIS funding, even if you’ve got the right funding written in your plan. Here is some information about ‘Reasonable and Necessary’ according to the NDIS.
We’ll be paying invoices for all of your service providers, so we want to check in to make sure that you’ve got the right protections in place.
A service agreement is a document that makes sure you and your provider are on the same page. It will say what they will offer you, how they’ll work for you, and also what expectations they have from you (e.g. giving notice if you want to leave).
