At Provider Choice, we believe understanding your NDIS funding should be simple. When your monthly statement arrives, most people just want to know:
- Where has my funding has gone?
- Is my budget on track?
So we’ve refreshed the look and layout of your statements. Many participants, nominees and Support Coordinators told us they want something easy to scan, with detail available when they want it. This update delivers exactly that.
Understanding your new statement
Spending Indicators
We’ve introduced clearer visual cues, including on track and overspending indicators. These help you spot trends early, understand how your budget is tracking and take action before overspend becomes an issue.
To keep your statement accurate and meaningful, some budgets won’t show these:
- Small budgets under $2,000: these are often used in one or two larger purchases, so spending won’t follow a steady pattern
- Capital budgets: like above, items like Assistive Technology or Home Modifications are typically paid as larger purchases rather than evenly across a plan
Funding Periods
Your statement now also includes Funding Periods (if they apply to your plan). This lets you see when your next Funding Periods are coming up and how much funding will be released at that time.
Invoices Paid
For full visibility, your statement lists every invoice paid during that statement period, along with the key details you need to understand how your funding was used.
Do you need to do anything?
Your updated monthly statement will arrive automatically at the start of each month, both in your inbox and available to download from your dashboard.
Each month, we encourage you to:
- check your spending indicators to stay on top of any early flags
- review the invoices listed and make sure everything looks familiar
- reach out to us if you notice anything unexpected or if something doesn’t seem right
