Sally is making sure every NDIS participant getting in touch with us is having a great experience. She’s overseeing our team of personal Plan Managers and their workflow to create small magic improvements – shorter email response times, for example, or easier invoicing. Sally has outstanding NDIS expertise, thanks to years of working as a nutritionist and client engagement specialist with an NDIS health provider. Needless to say, she loves taking care of people and things, including a private greenery of over 60 plants grown on her balcony and sunroom floor.
